• Job Title: Assistant Field Service Engineer (CDM)

• Contract: Temp (1yr)

• Location: Seoul

Key Responsibilities:

1. 고객 기술지원 (Phone Support & Remote Service)

• 고객사 문의에 대한 1차 전화 기술 지원

• 원격 접속을 통한 장비 상태 점검, 로그 수집, 소프트웨어 설치 지원

• 병원 내 의료장비 네트워크 연결 지원

2. 제품 품질/성능 관리

• 매뉴얼과 회사 절차에 따른 출고전 장비의 성능 검사 수행

• 서비스 이력 및 작업 보고서 작성, 시스템 입력

3. 현장 서비스 지원(Field Service Support)

• 매뉴얼과 회사 절차에 따른 고객 사이트에서 제품의 설치/ 철거 및 점검

• 매뉴얼과 회사 절차에 따른 고객 사이트에서 소모성 부품 교환

• 서비스 이력 및 작업 보고서 작성, 시스템 입력

• 안전 규정, 컴플라이언스, 내부 규정 준수

Qualifications:

• 학력 공학계열(전기, 전자, 기계, 의료공학, 컴퓨터 등) 전공 학사 이상 우대

• 경력 : 신입 또는 관련 분야 경력 보유자 우대

• 언어 : 영어 독해/회화 가능자 우대

• 운전면허 소지자
