Could you be the full-time Assistant Tender Control in Saint-Ouen we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your organizational and analytical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a key role in supporting our Tender Control team to ensure smooth operations and effective communication. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as finance, project management, and operations), manage key departmental activities, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of planning the Tender Winning Roadmap Meetings and consolidating structured monthly KPIs, but also provide support for specific meetings and data analysis.
We’ll look to you for:
Planning and coordinating the Tender Winning Roadmap Meetings
Searching for and consolidating structured monthly KPIs
Supporting the Tender Control team in organizing specific meetings
Computing and analyzing data as required
Managing the Head of Tender Control's agenda
Supporting departmental operations and communications

Experience as an Executive Assistant or Peronal Assistant supporting Senior Executives
Experience in a global, financial, or multinational corporate environment is preferred
Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Outstanding organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple global priorities
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders
High autonomy, proactive attitude, and strong ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional discretion, judgment, and trustworthiness
