Do you love it when service doesn’t just work—it inspires? As an Assistant F&B Service Manager, you’re right in the thick of things—you support the management of our service division and, together with your team, ensure unforgettable guest experiences.

Your Role:

• You will assist in managing our entire F&B service division (restaurant, bar, and events)

• You will be hands-on and actively involved in day-to-day operations

• You will motivate, coach, and develop our service team

• You will ensure that our guests feel completely at ease—every day

• You will assist with scheduling, training, and ensuring smooth operations

• You will always keep an eye on quality, standards, and details

• You will work closely with the kitchen and other departments

Be able.

• Training or experience in the hospitality industry

• Some leadership experience or looking to take the next step in your career

• Passion for service & a genuine hospitality mindset

• Organizational skills and a hands-on approach

• Fluency in German and English

• Flexibility and team spirit
