Qualifications

Essential Ingredients:

• Proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in a large hotel setting.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills: especially in English, and a great addition if you also speak an extra language!
• Strong leadership skills to train, motivate, and support your team in creating memorable moments
• A strong affinity with Meeting & Events Operations (Banqueting)

Responsibilities:

• Support the F&B Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and Meeting & Events Operations (Banqueting).
• Oversee service quality to ensure a high level of guest service and guest experience.
• Assist in hiring, training, and coaching team members to reach their full potential.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards and brand standards.
• Address guest needs and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Coordinate that meeting rooms are prepared and set up completely according to the guests needs.
• Reviewing and revising standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
• Contribute to menu development and event planning to enhance revenue.
• Collaborate with management to optimize workflow and operational efficiency.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-energy work environment for all team members.
• Reporting financial analyses to the F&B manager
