Assistant Fashion Designer
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the product vision is aligned with marketplace opportunities.
  • Identify external product marketplace trends across all relevant product elements.
  • Curate the seasonal interpretation of The Companys brand vision through the lens of product elements.
  • Ensure each style executes on the creative vision across all relevant product elements.
Qualifications & Skills
  • A commitment to learn and apply The Companys Business and People Leadership principles.
  • Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel.
  • Proven skills, education in design, and a strong appetite to continuously learn and develop.
  • Technical skills and construction expertise in fashion design.
  • A commitment to quality and delivering results that add value and drive the business.
  • A sense of urgency in executing job responsibilities, with the ability to prioritize urgent and important work.
  • The ability to identify, evaluate, and suggest business opportunities that positively impact both top line and bottom line.
  • A deep understanding and passion for the fashion industry, with the ability to bring external learnings in-house to enhance the business.
  • An understanding of The Companys brand, aesthetic, and style fundamentals, while staying engaged in trends and cultural influences.
  • A desire to conceptualize, develop, and execute new ideas, designs, and products that elevate The Companys brand.
