Position: Assistant Facilities Operations Manager
Rate: See Custodial Salary Schedule
Hours: 8 hours per day
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Calendar: 260-Day


Notes: Employees bidding on Facilities Operations Manager's positions need to set up an appointment and meet with the building principal prior to the position closing. This requirement can be met by contacting the principal to arrange either a phone-meeting or in-person appointment. Appointments will take place at mutually agreed upon times Monday through Friday. The principal's "signature" via email to Jack Widmann OR on the bid notice to verify that this meeting has occurred will be required when applying for this Facilities Operations Manager position. Verification of meeting with Principal must be received by the Operations Office PRIOR to the bid closing.

External applicants will be given the APPLY option once the internal bidding process has been completed.

The position of the "Custodian" is done for the purpose/s of maintaining an attractive, sanitary and safe facility; providing satisfactory arrangements for meetings, classroom activities and events; and minimizing property damage, loss and liability exposure.

Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing Required:

  • Valid Washington State Driver's License and evidence of insurability
  • Criminal Justice Fingerprint Clearance
  • Pre-employment physical required upon consideration for the position (no cost to applicant)
