  • Support the planning and delivery of asset maintenance, repair and capital works, ensuring activities are delivered to agreed scope, timing, quality and budget
  • Monitor facilities expenditure and contractor costs, supporting budgeting, forecasting and cost management activities
  • Partner with centre stakeholders, contractors and service providers to coordinate facilities activities and deliver positive outcomes for customers and retailers.
  • Support incident and emergency response processes, ensuring issues are managed effectively and escalated appropriately.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service delivery and asset performance.

As part of the centre management team, you will undertake Duty Manager responsibilities following comprehensive emergency management training. This includes participating in a rostered weekend duty manager shift, with a day in lieu provided.

What sets you apart

  • Background in retail, hospitality, property, or facilities management, with a focus on operational excellence.
  • Experience in hard services (such as HVAC, electrical, or mechanical systems) will be highly regarded.
  • Proven ability to manage maintenance tasks and projects efficiently, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget control.
  • Experience leading compliance and safety initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulations and internal policies.
