The Role
As the Assistant Executive Housekeeper, you help oversee daily housekeeping operations, support team members, and ensure rooms and public areas meet brand and cleanliness standards. You work closely with the Executive Housekeeper to maintain productivity, quality, and guest satisfaction.
What You Will Be Doing
• Support supervision of housekeeping staff and daily workflow
• Assist with training room attendants, house persons, and laundry staff
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and quality
• Help manage schedules, supply inventory, and assignments
• Respond to guest requests and resolve housekeeping related concerns
• Coordinate with the front desk to ensure accurate room status updates
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and housekeeping operations
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and brand compliance standards

QualificationsWhat Makes You You
• Previous housekeeping leadership or supervisory experience of 1+ years is required. Hotel/Resort housekeeping experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Clear communication and team leadership skills
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
• Able to walk, bend, lift, and inspect rooms throughout the shift
