We are looking for our next great team member to join our management team and assist the Executive Housekeeper in our Housekeeping Department. We are committed to providing you with:
Here is what you will be doing each day:
In this role, you will insure that staff of housekeeping department cleans and maintains guest rooms and public space in accordance with client/guest expectations and Crescent and Brand standards of product and service and assist the Executive Housekeeper in all aspects of the operations of the Department. You will assist in overseeing all housekeeping staff by conducting daily and monthly meetings, inspecting staff work and giving guidance so that deficiencies are corrected and standards are met. You will also help with staff work schedules based on occupancy, correcting payroll to insure pay is accurate. You will provide clear direction to the staff.
Does this sound like you?
You have at least two years of experience in a similar position or three years as a Housekeeping Supervisor. You have excellent leadership skills and take pride in providing our guests the highest level of service and cleanliness. You have great communication skills, both verbal and written and have excellent computer skills. Knowledge of the Marriott Brand a plus. You have a passion for the hospitality and for customer service.
