The Assistant Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing the HUD Public Housing developments and market rate units. The position will supervise the program’s Housing Specialists, develop and implement all program policies and plans and complete all program reports. Implements quality control measures by performing file reviews, inspections, preparing, monitoring vacancy turnaround, rent collection, tenant accounts receivable and taking corrective action. The Assistant Executive Director will also assist with agency operations including procurement, contract administration, grant writing, personnel recruitment/training, payroll processing/benefits administration.
