PRIMARY PURPOSE:New product safe launch and continuously improve test yield, productivities, quality and technical innovation
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Responsible for all testing activities related to.
a.New tester transfer from design central to manufacturing plant.
b.Souring, assembling all tester components locally, set up and debugging test software and hardware.
c.Work with design team qualifying new test system, proposing test limit.
d.Tester maintenance for on-line/off-line HP testers, OCR, Robert etc.
e.Trouble shooting and failure analysis for all test failure issue.
2.Continuously improve Impel test yield, higher throughput, lower cost and reduced cycle time by:
a.Optimizing current test fixtures
b.Using innovation to make significant changes to existing process or introducing/creating a new process
3.Test failure analysis, Data processing, test system optimizes and improvement.
4.Work with Impel cross function team on productivity, quality improvement.
5.Train test engineer and technicians for maintenance, trouble shooting, failure analysis, signal integrity measure and analysis.
6.MBM champion for team internally.
SCOPE:Test NPI, Failure analysis, qualify improvement, training & develop technicians.
EDUCATION:
REQUIRED:Bachler
PREFERRED:Master
WORK EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED:3 years work experience with testing, failure analysis.
PREFERRED:5 years at least work experience with software programming and maintenance .
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
REQUIRED:
1.Strong knowledge of signal integrity, communication, and electronics.
2.Strong tester trouble shooting, analysis capabilities.
3.Basic computer skills including work processing & spreadsheets.
4.Able to communicate effectively both in writing, one on one verbally, and in group meetings.
5.Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
