Oversee that all scheduled preventive maintenance are carried out to ensure smooth operation of production machines and equipment Resolve technical maintenance problems by recommending solutions to Senior Engineer and implementing approved solutions Perform machine/equipment trial run on new product requirement based on customer requirements Support new or existing production line set up and machine/equipment according to production requirements Maintain spare parts inventory level at optimal level Liaise with approved vendors and contractors for machine / equipment / spare parts repair works and ensure that they are properly done and verified Assist in preparation of yearly budgeting and monitor monthly expenses Liaise with approved vendors and contractors for Engineering and Facilities works in TVC production floor Oversee the maintenance, repair and replacement works on facilities utilities systems in TVC production floor
Job Requirement: Diploma in Electrical field with at least 3 years of experience Possess basic IT Knowledge and Computer Skills Good analytical and troubleshooting skills Required to standby in order to attend to machine breakdown
