Job Description

About the role

  • Perform network monitoring and health checking
  • Perform system upgrade, data backup/restoration
  • Provide 2nd tier network support to internal parties
  • Prepare operation reports

About You

  • High Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Internet services and applications
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, basic switches & router configuration is preferred
  • Knowledge of shell script or programming languages is an advantage
  • 7 x 24 shift duty is required (with monthly allowance provided)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • 1-year experience in network field is an advantage
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer
