Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive improved product Quality by identifying manufacturing issues and developing better test system cost-effective solutions, and overseeing successful implementation into production
  • Candidate able to troubleshoot Inverter and Power Station testing technical bug by himself by applying his technical expertise and product Knowledge
  • Manufacturing testing for better productivity and quality on day today basis.
  • Drive manufacturing testing excellence for zero escaping defect.
  • Prepare routine test reports given Engineering report template.
  • Communicating the test design requirements to Engineering for test improvements
  • Ensure proper dismantling of Inverter by understanding LOTO process as per EHS requirements
  • Ensure Instruments & Measuring devices are Calibrated
  • Updating the metrics of testing to Management
  • Ensure processes contribute to a safe work environment
  • To ensure test rig are running at full capacity
  • Align test methods with respective to IEC and UL standards

Qualifications

  • Diploma from an accredited college Electrical / Electronics with a minimum 3+ years of experience in inverter testing or related electrical component testing; fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge may also be considered.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Experience in Electrical Components testing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a systematic approach to resolving issues.
  • English language proficiency in both reading and writing.
