Assistant ‐ Embellishment Development ‐ Operations

Based at Nirmaana Katunyaka

The Activewear Value Stream delivers high-performance sportswear and athleisure solutions designed for technical functionality, durability and everyday versatility— serving sports, lifestyle and performance segments. Operating across Sri Lanka, Jordan and Indonesia, and with development centres in Sri Lanka and Canada, Activewear serves a global customer base that includes Nike, lululemon, Patagonia, Ralph Lauren and Gymshark. The Activewear product range offers diverse solutions such as Knit, Fleece, Tees, Woven, Sweaters, Engineered Knit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track, analyse, and report KPIs regularly, providing clear progress updates to

  management.

• Plant visit and connect with external members and get the Prepare management reports, Support project execution.
• Provide additional operational system and analytical support as required by management.
• Slot the monthly plan by considering internal and external parties to maximize the utilization and secure the deliveries.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Degree Mathematics or Statistics.
• Basic knowledge of embellishments and technics
• Familiarity with data analysis and analytics tools. 
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong communication skills in English writing and speaking
• Familiarity with data analysis and analytics tools.
