About the Business Unit :

Global Delivery Services Centre (GDSC) is a high-impact business unit within Mott MacDonald, dedicated to enhancing project delivery across our global operations.

As part of GDSC, you’ll join a team that champions excellence in both technical and digital disciplines, supporting projects at every stage of the lifecycle—from concept to completion. We work to international design standards and regulations, ensuring our contributions meet the highest benchmarks of quality and innovation.

As part of GDSC in India, you will be working alongside Mott MacDonald international colleagues delivering ambitious projects across a broad range of building types including commercial, residential, retail and offices, education, healthcare, airports, data center, hotels, sports and events venues, and Metro & stations. Under this sector, our services span the whole asset cycle from advisory to consulting, through design and delivery, to asset management. With deep understanding of all phases of the building lifecycle, it enables us to give our clients the best-informed engineering and innovative solutions.
Key Deliverables:


  • Design and Modelling of ICT, Security and ELV systems for all types of buildings from concept design through to detailed design and subsequent design milestone stages.

  • Design solutions for technical issues in relation to areas of ICT, Security and ELV systems design like IP CCTV, Access Control, PAVA etc.

  • Sound understanding relevant local and international design standards for ICT, Security and ELV system design as per Standards TIA/EIA, BS, BICSI, TRA, SIRA, ADMCC & TDRA.

  • Development of layout drawings and schematic diagrams for ICT, Security, and ELV systems.

  • IT & Telecom Spatial requirements assessment and coordination in early stages with stakeholders.

  • Wi-Fi simulations study & desktop survey reports with relevant simulation software.

  • CCTV FOV Coverages study and implementation with Local & International security standards.

  • Sound understanding of Calculation and optimization efforts for ICT/Security & ELV systems

BIM:


  • Assist in developing 3D models for ELV systems using  Revit,  AutoCAD, and  Navisworks

  • Participate in clash detection reviews and support resolution efforts.

  • Follow internal BIM standards and contribute to model health checks.

  • Attend coordination meetings and provide updates as required.

  • Sound knowledge of BIM Standards/LODs/QAQC procedures/Clash coordination etc.

  • Sound understanding of Automation tools for improving productivity and efficiency.


Candidate Specification

Professional Experience :


  • Good practical understanding and experience of Min 4+ years in ICT, Security and ELV systems.


Essential Skills & Software :


  • Proficiency in  Autodesk Revit,  AutoCAD, and  Navisworks

  • Ability to work in a team and coordinate with other disciplines.

  • Eagerness to grow technical and BIM skills under mentorship.

  • Good communication, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

  • Exposure to BIM360/ACC, Dynamo, or MicroStation certifications shall be additive advantage.

  • Working experience in internation regions like Middle east and other markets shall be plus


Qualifications :


  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering
