  • Design structured onboarding, refresher, and upskilling programmes for Beauty Advisors, Counter Managers and retail leaders.
  • Support new store openings, brand launches, campaign activations, and key retail moments with relevant training interventions.

Product & Brand Training

  • Deliver engaging product, brand, and service training to ensure the retail team has strong knowledge of product benefits, usage, ingredients, rituals, and brand storytelling.
  • Translate brand guidelines and product information into practical selling tools and customer-facing conversations.
  • Ensure Beauty Advisors can confidently recommend products based on customer needs, skin concerns, lifestyle, and preferences.
  • Maintain consistency in brand image, service standards, grooming, and customer experience across all retail touchpoints.

  • Reinforce luxury service behaviours and customer experience standards through classroom training, floor coaching, and role-play.
  • Support the development of a service mindset that balances commercial results with genuine customer care.
  • Conduct regular store visits to observe service delivery, provide coaching, and identify further training opportunities.

Coaching & Field Development

  • Provide hands-on coaching to Beauty Advisors and retail leaders to improve confidence, capability, and performance.
  • Partner with Retail Operations and Brand teams to address individual or store-level performance gaps.
  • Develop Counter Managers and Boutique Managers to become stronger on-the-floor coaches for their teams.
  • Build a culture of continuous learning, self-improvement, and sharing of best practices across the retail community.

Training Content & Tools

  • Create, localise, and update training materials, playbooks, product guides, service scripts, role-play scenarios, quizzes, and learning aids.
  • Develop practical tools that support learning transfer, such as selling tips, launch cheat sheets, customer consultation guides, and retail coaching checklists.
  • Leverage digital learning platforms, videos, micro-learning, and blended learning methods where relevant.
  • Ensure training content is clear, engaging, accurate, and aligned with brand standards.

Training Effectiveness & Reporting

  • Measure training effectiveness through attendance, feedback, assessment scores, store observations, mystery shopping results, sales performance, and behavioural improvements.
  • Track training completion and capability progress across retail teams.
  • Provide regular training reports, insights, and recommendations to management.
  • Continuously improve training programmes based on business results, learner feedback, and retail observations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, Beauty, Training, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in beauty, luxury retail, skincare, fragrance, makeup, or related retail environment.
  • Prior experience in training, field coaching, retail education, or store leadership is highly preferred.
  • Strong product knowledge and passion for beauty, skincare, fragrance, makeup, and customer experience.
  • Good understanding of luxury retail selling, service standards, and customer engagement.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, coaching, and communication skills.
