About the opportunity:

As a Diploma Educator, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping young learners' educational journeys. Drawing from the Early Years Learning Framework, you'll design engaging programs that foster holistic development, while meticulously documenting milestones in unique portfolios. Your open communication style will build strong connections with staff, children, and families, enriching their experience. Thriving within our dynamic team, you'll contribute to a harmonious workplace where policies seamlessly align.

What you need:

• Diploma qualification of Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent
• Current First Aid Certificate, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis
• Current WWCC
• Previous experience and knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and National Regulations
• A willingness to further your professional knowledge
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A deep interest in the wellbeing of young children and their families
