The Assistant Drama Coach supports the Drama Director in developing and maintaining a vibrant, excellence-focused, and learner-centered high school theatre program. The Assistant Drama Coach helps students build skills in collaboration, leadership, and technical theatre while contributing to a positive, constructive, and professional environment.

The position requires several evenings and some weekends throughout the school year. General availability of 3–6 p.m. weekdays is requested. The specific schedule will vary depending on the Hazel Park Drama calendar, which typically includes two major productions and some smaller activities.
This role is compensated via a $4,000 stipend, per the HPEA contract.
