A commitment to making the site successful through empowering team members and developing meaningful relationships with children, families and team members is essential. Assistant Director’s lead a team of teachers in classroom management and assist the Director in overseeing recruitment, enrollment, maintaining compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies, and facility and supplies management and ordering. You will also be required to step in and lead a classroom to maintain staffing ratios when needed.

Your day is spent managing two key areas: Relationships and the Facility. A commitment to making the site successful through empowering team members and developing meaningful relationships with children, families, team members, regulatory agencies, and the local community is essential. Directors are responsible for managing their assigned site in all areas of staffing, enrollment, and the physical facility. Your day may be filled with hiring, hosting enrollment events, scheduling maintenance, budgeting and reporting, staff development, or addressing parent or licensing questions.
