The Office of Enrollment Management comprises five functional areas, including The HUB - a one-stop student service center that provides individualized, professional and highly efficient enrollment services to students and families. The HUB and the other offices within Enrollment Management, including the Office of Admission, University Registrar’s Office, Student Financials and Enrollment Systems,, and the Office of International Education, work together to provide students, families and the campus community with student support and administrative services from the time of recruitment, to enrollment and all the way through graduation.
The HUB staff are responsible for delivering comprehensive services and counsel for matters related to financial aid, billing and payments, ID cards, and registration and academic records with the goal of supporting and enhancing Carnegie Mellon’s recruitment, retention and persistence goals..
We’re seeking an Assistant Director of The HUB to join the team! The role is responsible for providing enrollment-related support services and counseling to current undergraduate and graduate students and family members.
