Assist prospective students through the application process, confirming they are applying to the right program for them. Directly answer prospective student questions, with faculty support only where appropriate. Identify and follow through on stalled applications. Congratulate acceptances and work to get to deposit by answering questions and/or directing questions to program leadership only where appropriate. Staff programmatic events/webinars or grouped programmatic public speaking events.

Experience in student admissions or academic administration 3-5 years required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong understanding of admissions processes, policies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with applicants, staff, and faculty.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to optimize admissions strategies.
- Proficiency in organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Commitment to promoting a fair admissions process.
- Problem-solving skills to address applicants and accepted student challenges in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills (including public speaking skills.
- Experience working with CRM platforms, student information systems, and centralized application systems preferred.
- Experience presenting to diverse audiences and facilitating recruitment events preferred.
- Experience supporting enrollment growth initiatives and managing prospective student pipelines preferred.
