You will be a part of HPB’s Corporate & Industry Partnerships, where you’ll have the unique opportunity to create and build long-lasting relationships with our partners, and to cultivate these partnerships to develop mutually beneficial collaborations that will support our programmes and strategies.
[What you will be working on]
As a key member of Corporate & Industry Partnerships team, you must be a dynamic team player. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to see and seek win-win opportunities with partners are key traits to succeed in this role.
You will implement strategic partnership initiatives, with key partners and identify partnership opportunities, and share associate policies and processes to support these initiatives.
You will intimately understand partners’ and internal stakeholders’ needs and develop plans that bridge partner and HPB’s interest to reach mutually beneficial partnerships agreement.
You will execute and implement the partnership programme through working with internal stakeholders and partners; conduct end-of-programme review with customers and thereafter provide feedback to internal stakeholders, including engagement with senior management.
You will constantly update on partnership retention, acquisition, selling, development, implementation and retention, and showcase professionalism and partnership satisfaction.
You will take accountability of you and your team’s projects in the execution of key initiatives and projects, to launch initiatives successfully and on time.
[What we are looking for]
Successful candidates will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance.

The Centre for Strategic Infocomm Technologies (CSIT) is a technical agency in the Ministry of Defence that harnesses advanced digital technologies to meet Singapore’s security needs.
We develop capabilities to support missions such as cyber defence, counter terrorism, and counter hostile information operations. Our technical focus includes cybersecurity, data analytics, software engineering, and cloud infrastructure and services.
