The Assistant Director of School Based Services provides operational and clinical leadership for a comprehensive school-based behavioral health program. This role ensures trauma-informed, developmentally appropriate care by supervising multidisciplinary staff, coordinating services, collaborating with community partners, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

· Oversee daily operations, workflows, and clinical protocols for School Based Services
· Supervise, coach, and evaluate clinical and support team members
· Coordinate service delivery, including assessment, intervention, and transitions of care
· Ensure accurate documentation, incident reporting, and compliance with licensing/accreditation standards
· Collaborate with schools, families, healthcare providers, and community partners to support youth
· Lead team member recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
· Monitor program performance, contribute to quality improvement, and implement best practices
· Provide leadership during high-acuity situations and participate in on-call rotation as needed
· Support strategic planning and resource management to advance program goals
· Perform all other duties as assigned
· Master’s degree in human services or related field preferred
· Licensure as a mental health practitioner (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT) preferred
· Two years of experience in behavioral health or school-based clinical settings
· Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check
· Completion of New Hire Orientation at the beginning of employment
· All training requirements including Relias at the beginning of employment and annually thereafter
· Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance
· ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently (exists 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift
· Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met
