JOB SCOPE
The position is responsible for driving sales target for bank partner. This will include but not limited to managing internal and external stakeholders on various sales, marketing strategies and support functions to ensure the bancassurance partnership successfully achieved its objective in driving sales target and company overall partnership strategy.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
To drive Joint Plan target for bank partner
To provide sales strategy, initiatives and dedicated efforts to build dynamic team to support bank partnership nationwide.
To ensure support bank partner in all sales and marketing initiatives to drive sales, support of penders, promote quality sales and product mix.
Provide other ad-hoc support as and when required
To conduct monthly review with team, business partners and key stakeholders.
To manage the business rapport with business partners from all levels especially sales team.
To attend to all strategic include joint plan, workgroup, steering comm and business meeting
To support client events and presentation
JOB SPECIFICATION
Qualifications:
Degree with successful track records
Prior Bancassurance experience of proven track record in life insurance sales management would be preferred
Experience :
Minimum 5 years sales or supervisory related experience in similar capacity.
Knowledge:
Strong analytical thinking, business and financial acumen, strategic orientation and results oriented.
