We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Director, Sales to join the talented team at Cinnamon Bentota Beach.The Assistant Director, Sales will play a key role in driving the hotel's commercial success. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives, managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening relationships with existing clients to maximize revenue growth.Working closely with the hotel's leadership team, the Assistant Director, Sales will contribute to achieving business objectives through proactive sales efforts, market intelligence, and effective account management.

Job Specifications.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar sales leadership role within the luxury hospitality sector.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong experience in managing key accounts and developing strategic business partnerships.
