Pay Range: Starts at $67,000.00 annually
Hours Available: Monday-Friday [8:00am-4:30pm] (Work schedule varies and includes Administrator on Duty (AOD) rotation.)

We are offering a flexible schedule for our Assistant Director position being offered in Ticonderoga, NY.
What you get to do:
Oversee overall operations of the region under the direction of the Regional Director.
Coordinate efforts with program staff and management teams to foster involvement for everyone, both inside the organization and in the local community.
Actively engage in the development and implementation of the Mission, Vision and Strategic Planning of the organization.
Education: Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Human Services or related field.
Experience: At least three years’ experience working with people with developmental disabilities, including at least one year in a supervisory role is required. Experience in IRAs is preferred.
