BASIC PURPOSE:
The Assistant Director of Recruitment “ADR” will provide leadership to a team of Recruiters who are responsible for recruiting and placing professionals for assignments throughout the US. The ADR will optimize recruitment processes, enhancing candidate experiences, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. They will provide the leadership and strategic initiative needed to support the Recruitment team efforts in maintaining an active pool of professionals who can be matched to client needs, ultimately impacting fill rate, revenue, and profitability.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Oversee and optimize end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
• Identify and implement improvements to streamline workflows and enhance the overall effectiveness of recruitment operations.
• Develops training, best practices, cheat sheets, tips, tools, templates and resources for new and experienced recruiters when needed.
• Manage and leverage recruitment technology tools, including the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), to streamline processes and enhance the candidate experience.
• Stay informed about emerging recruitment technologies and recommend relevant tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Utilize data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
• Utilize data and metrics to assess the performance of recruitment operations.
• Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decision-making and demonstrate effectiveness.
• Lead and supervise a team of recruitment coordinators, administrators, and support staff.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Monitor and drive department metrics and reporting.
• Motivated and inspired team by communicate milestones and successes.
• Manage production goals, assessing individual performance and metrics.
• Implement performance improvement plans when needed.
• Models’ best practices and professionalism.
• Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand staffing needs and collaborate on effective recruitment strategies.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between recruitment operations and other HR functions.
• Focus on creating a positive and seamless experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Implement initiatives to enhance the overall candidate journey.
• Mitigate and/or resolve concerns for impacting field professionals through initiating contact with professional and orchestrating resolution.
• Cultivate an environment of accountability, responsibility, and trust amongst the team.
• Attract, select and retain talent through participation and ownership in the interview, selection and onboarding process.
• Develop strategic initiatives with corresponding action plans to meet working professional volume and profit goals.
• Align long term team goals with individual short-term goals to promote accountability through clear expectations.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5 years of Recruitment experience in the service industry and/or business management preferred.
• 3 years’ experience in a leadership or managerial role is required.
• Staffing experience required; education industry knowledge and experience preferred.
• Proficient technical skills and knowledge of computer operations and applications including MS Office products: Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including ATS.
• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
• Ability to identify and address challenges within recruitment processes.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Adaptable to changes and emerging trends in recruitment.

Education:
High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred or any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Company equipment(laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse headset) will be provided directly to you for use during employment.
