The Property & Specialty UW Effectiveness team is looking for a team member who will play an active role in helping to deliver underwriting solutions to enable profitable growth. As part of the Operational Excellence Team, this role will focus on defining and managing our "human in the loop" UW strategy across brands for our Specialty products through data supported analysis and project management. This role will drive benefit across the entire policy lifecycle by developing and deploying underwriting controls that ensure data accuracy and help us evaluate and mitigate complex risk within our portfolio. This role requires stakeholder management and strong collaboration across Specialty, Distribution, Solution Delivery, Service, and Claims to effectively drive work forward. This role will have senior management visibility and will present findings to leadership. Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role.
