Eliot is seeking an Assistant Director of CBHC Urgent Care and MCI Programs The ideal candidate is a Licensed Clinician with experience managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering high-quality, community-based behavioral health services. They possess strong clinical judgment and proven leadership in urgent care or crisis settings. This candidate excels in a fast-paced environment and is committed to culturally competent, person-centered care.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
This is a fully in-person position that supports our programs in both Lynn, MA and Danvers, MA. Employees are expected to work at either location throughout the week based on program and operational needs. Candidates must be willing and able to travel between both sites as needed.
This is a temporary position expected to continue through August 1st, 2026.
