About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking an Assistant Director of Spa to help lead an exceptional spa experience in a luxury setting. Nestled in the scenic foothills of Southern California, our award-winning spa offers a wide range of treatments and services focused on relaxation, wellness, and rejuvenation. In this leadership role, you will support the overall operations of the spa while driving service excellence, team engagement, and operational efficiency. What you will do

  • Supervise all staff of spa and salon to ensure all day-to-day standards and procedures are adhered to and delivered at the highest level.

  • Facilitate training and evaluations of all spa & salon staff.

  • Ensure all administration duties including but not limited to payroll, scheduling and expense/supply are maintained and effective.

  • Assist in training new staff for all positions.

  • Assist in greeting guests/members at entrance and properly register all hotel guests and guests of members.

What you bring

  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

  • Minimum of 3 years management experience in a luxury Spa.

  • Demonstrates superior knowledge of spa, wellness and holistic modalities

  • Thorough knowledge of 5-star service standards, effective application of spa staffing models, proven ability to create and implement spa service menus, effective retail management, successful marketing strategies, and demonstrated ability to project costs, revenue and to adhere to the budget that supports monthly / annual financials

  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
