Swissôtel Living Jakarta Mega Kuningan is a part of Mega Kuningan, a business district with various integrated mixed use developments located in South Jakarta, Indonesia. The 240 keys hotel is the newest Accor portfolio that offers a mix of studio, one and two bedroom serviced apartments designed as a compact fusion of Japanese character with Swiss simplicity which brings a warm and personal experience throughout the hotel that promotes vitality for the body, mind and soul.

What you’ll do…

• Support the Director of Sales in executing the hotel's commercial strategy, driving revenue growth across all market segments while ensuring sales targets and business objectives are achieved.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to maximise revenue and market share.
• Manage a portfolio of key corporate, leisure, MICE and agency accounts, leading account management activities, contract negotiations and rate discussions.
• Assist in preparing and implementing sales action plans, analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
• Work closely with the Revenue team to ensure pricing strategies, promotions and sales activities are aligned to optimise hotel performance.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Brand, Digital, PR and Operations teams to develop integrated campaigns and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
