The primary responsibility of the Assistant Director of Operations, Child Crisis Services is to provide onsite daily management of the PRTF and assist the Director of the PRTF. This role will function as a leader among the Lead Behavioral Technicians and Behavioral Technicians, ensuring frontline processes are efficient and effective, ensuring excellent communication flows freely between leadership and the direct floor staff, and ensuring quality care is provided to the youth served. This person must be able to provide flexible work hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
Bachelors (Required), Masters
Drivers License (Valid) - USA
Experience in leadership with progressing experience. | 2 Years | Required
Experience with children/youth/adolescents with a mental health diagnosis in a residential setting. | 3 Years | Required
Strong knowledge of Medicaid and managed care. | Required
Schedule will vary based on staffing needs and responsibilities
