
What We Are Looking For
The Assistant Director of the B Association assists with daily operations and relationship-building with former student athletes to ensure the association’s continued growth and success in engaging, connecting, and honoring the legacy of all Baylor Letterwinners. Responsibilities include assisting the Executive Director in stewarding alum relationships, managing administrative operations, coordinating membership programs and events, supporting current student-athletes, and enhancing association brand and visibility.
All applicants must be eligible to work in the US on a full time basis.
