Assistant Director of Nursing ADON

The Elizabeth Scott Community, is looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team! We are a 5 -Star Facility as rated by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

This is a skilled nursing leadership position. A dedicated RN will assist with the hands-on leadership of a 60-bed skilled nursing/rehab facility. In this roll, you must have restorative nursing experience and strong clinical and leadership skills.

Experience:

• nursing: 3 years (Preferred)
• supervisory: 1 year (Preferred)
• nurse management: 1 year (Preferred)
• long term care: 5 years (Preferred)
