Job Description

• RN or LPN/LVN license required.
• 2+ years of experience as a nursing manager in a skilled nursing facility with positive survey history.
• Demonstrated skills in clinical systems management.

• Assists the DON in the supervision of nursing care provided by nursing staff and others for whom they are administratively or professionally responsible
• Interview, make recommendations, and train associates.
• Plans, assigns, directs, and monitors work.
• Responsible for assigned clinical programs and systems which may include but are not limited to wound care, weight management, fall prevention, continence management, infection prevention, pain management, and restorative programs.
