Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Greater South Beloit Area

We are seeking an experienced and driven Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support clinical leadership at a large skilled nursing facility in the greater South Beloit area. The ADON will work closely with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and staff support across both long-term care (LTC) and short-term rehabilitation services. This role is ideal for someone with large-building experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license (Illinois)
• Prior ADON or strong Unit Manager experience in a SNF setting
• Experience in a large-bed facility required
• Strong knowledge of LTC and post-acute care operations
• Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $95,000 – $110,000
