Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) works closely with the Director of Nursing Services to plan, organize, and oversee the daily operations of the Nursing Service Department. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining the highest standards of quality care.
Responsibilities
• Assist in managing and directing nursing staff and departmental operations.
• Support compliance with all regulatory guidelines and facility policies.
• Collaborate with the Administrator, Medical Director, and Director of Nursing Services to achieve care objectives.
• Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in patient care.
Qualifications
• Current Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited RN or BSN program.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a long-term care or related healthcare setting.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Salary Range: $85,000 – $95,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
