What You’ll Do
Works Under The Direction Of The Director Of Nursing Services To Develop, Plan, Implement, Direct, Coordinate And Evaluate Patient Care In The Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit, Acute Care, Swingbed Program, Inpatient And Outpatient Wound Care And Outpatient Infusion Services. Responsible For The Day To Day Clinical Operations On All Nursing Units At Freeman Neosho Hospital. Develops, Implements And Evaluates Projects And Initiatives Focused On Improving Clinical Outcomes And Patient Satisfaction. Collaborates With Coworkers To Develop And Foster An Effective Working Environment. Collaborates With Other Management Team Members To Develop And Foster An Effective Clinical Climate Working Jointly With Administration, Physicians, And Staff To Develop The Nursing Departments Mission, Vision, Values, Goals, Long Range Plans, Services, And Capital And Operational Budgets, And Approve Policies And Procedures.
