
The Assistant Director of Mental Health Residential Services is a member of administrative team responsible for directing recovery-oriented treatment for clients placed in Envision Unlimited’s residential facilities. Responsible for program planning/implementation and evaluation of program, providing direct supervision and training to mental health residential staff and interns, and coordinating/maintaining overall efficiencies of the program/residences. Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related behavioral-health field, and a current Illinois license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in good standing, qualifying the hire as a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) under 59 Ill. Adm. Code 132. At least five years of social-service or behavioral-health experience, including at least one year of supervisory or management experience.
Preferred: Experience in residential mental health programs; DHS Rule 132, CARF, and Medicaid documentation compliance; IM+CANS; multi-site staffing and scheduling; supervision of staff pursuing clinical licensure.
