We're Hiring: Assistant Director of Health Services & Memory Care!

What You’ll Do:

As the Assistant Director of Health Services & Memory Care at Richmond Place, you’ll be a key player in ensuring our residents receive top-tier care and support. You’ll also help lead our innovative Memory Care programming, bringing joy, dignity, and connection to those living with dementia.

Health Services Highlights:

  • Supervise and support our amazing care team across all shifts.
  • Provide hands-on care and respond to resident needs with compassion and urgency.
  • Keep care plans and medical records accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate with physicians, families, and other departments to ensure holistic care.
  • Step in as Director of Health Services when needed—your leadership matters!

Memory Care Magic:

  • Help implement and lead our Heartfelt Connections® Memory Care Program.
  • Supervise and schedule Memory Care staff for 24/7 support.
  • Create personalized care plans and engaging activities for residents.
  • Foster a warm, homelike environment that promotes dignity and joy.
  • Partners with families to ensure meaningful involvement and communication.
  • Support training and education in dementia care for staff and families.

What You Bring:

  • LPN or RN license (in good standing)
  • CPR & First Aid certified
  • Experience in senior care and dementia programming
  • Leadership and scheduling experience preferred
  • Alzheimer’s/dementia certification is a big plus!
