The Assistant Director of Graduate Programs supports the administration, coordination, and implementation of Graduate Program operations and initiatives. This position assists with student recruitment and outreach efforts, coordinates student-related activities and special events, supports curriculum administration and academic program processes, analyzes and reports assessment data, and oversees administrative and operational functions that contribute to the success of Graduate Programs.
The Assistant Director collaborates with faculty, staff, students, and university partners to ensure effective delivery of Graduate Program services, maintain accurate program records and communications, support approved curriculum implementation, and ensure program materials remain current and compliant with university policies and procedures. This position also coordinates onboarding activities, maintains operational documentation, supports committee activities, and assists with special projects and strategic priorities as assigned.
This position is fully in-office with typical operational hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm M-F and is located at the Water Street District -Tampa Campus.

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution with a minimum of four years related exempt experience, including two years of supervisory experience.
Degree Equivalency Clause: Four years of direct experience for a bachelor’s degree.
USF experience and/or experience in higher education with a master's degree.
