ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF FRONT OFFICE

Luxury Lifestyle Hotel • Miami, Florida • USD $90,000 - $95,000 per year

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are searching for a seasoned and service-driven Assistant Director of Front Office for a luxury lifestyle hotel in Miami. This is a senior operational leadership role responsible for ensuring the excellence of the entire guest experience and the Front Office division's financial and operational performance. The right candidate is a thought leader with a genuine gift for service, strong instincts for leadership, and a passion for creating meaningful guest interactions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support the Director of Front Office in leading all Front Office operations to the highest luxury service standards
• Champion the guest experience across all touchpoints, ensuring every interaction is thoughtful, personalised, and memorable
• Lead, develop, and inspire the Front Office team through coaching, performance management, and ongoing development
• Uphold brand standards across all guest-facing areas and take ownership of service recovery when needed
• Drive financial performance through effective management of labour, room revenue optimisation, and departmental KPIs
• Oversee the 24-hour operation, ensuring seamless communication and continuity across all shifts
• Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Reservations, and F&B teams to deliver a cohesive guest experience
• Monitor guest feedback, identify trends, and implement improvements to continually elevate satisfaction scores

WHAT YOU BRING

• Minimum 4 years of progressive Front Office or Rooms Division leadership experience in a luxury hotel environment
• Deep expertise in hotel rooms division operations with a proven track record in guest satisfaction and team engagement
• Strong commercial acumen, including experience with revenue management, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
• Flexible and comfortable leading in a 24-hour operational environment
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
• Valid US work authorization required - visa sponsorship is not available
