About the role:

Provide leadership and management for the Food & Beverage Division byestablishingplans of character, integrity, and quality, which result in the long-range continued growth, and profitability of the division and Hotel.This role is part of Food and Beverage department, reporting into General Manager.

What you will do:

  • Coordinate theselection, training, development, and evaluation of employees and managers in the Food & Beverage Division through effective management and leadership to ensure thatestablishedcultural and core standards are met, long-range strategic planning for outlet operation.

  • Control labor and operating expenses through effective planning, budgeting,purchasingdecisions, policy making, and inventory control while focusing on creative cost control and revenue generation solutions to maximize profit in the division and hotel.

  • The ability to be visible in the operation, recognize andmaintainrelationships with regular guests as well as cultivate relationships with new patrons through effective marketing and personal relationships.

  • The ability to work closely with the General Manager and Planning Committee to designeffectivemenus, wine lists, and amenity options while ensuring excellent product quality at a fair price.

  • Communicate with employees and managers to ensure operational needs are met as well as attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments.

  • Comply withFourSeasonsCategory One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct asset forth inEmPact

  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

  • Assistwith service of food items to guests.

  • Assistwith set-up and cleaning of operational areas.

  • Create and post employee schedules.

  • To perform other tasks or responsibilities assigned by superiors.

Whatyou bring

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in related position with Four Seasons or other organization

  • Mandarin Speaking isrequired

  • Being calm and patient andbeingof service passion. Team player. Being fair and responsible. Be passion and love working.

  • Be familiar with computer software including Microsoft, CAD. Be of excellent business writing skills.

  • Being calm and patient andbeingof service passion.

  • Reading,writingand oralproficiencyin the English language.

  • Good knowledge of Word,Exceland PowerPoint

  • Logic, eye for details, approachable and willing to help

  • Proven leadership skills in a hotel/resort environment

  • Highest level of integrity and transparency

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams, tonegotiateresources and influencestakeholders,and to gain acceptance of and commitment to plans, ideas, initiatives, etc.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare and deliver reports, effective presentations and tofacilitatemeetings

  • Serve as a role model for others bydemonstratingappropriate businessconduct and ethical principles

  • Require a working technical knowledge ofgenerally acceptedaccounting principles and job knowledge of all positions in Accounting,Purchasingand Food & Beverage control.Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job or through a series of professional certifications.

  • Require knowledge of and the ability tooperatecomputer equipment and Microsoft Office Suite software.

  • A working knowledge of hotel systems and operations.

  • Strategic,analytical,andsolid business acumen.
