Big property. Big responsibility. Big opportunity.
WinStar Hotel is looking for an experienced Engineering leader who knows what it takes to keep a large, complex property running at its best.
This isn't a desk-and-spreadsheet kind of engineering role. We're looking for someone who can lead a team, troubleshoot problems, manage critical systems, work across departments, and keep the operation moving — even when the unexpected happens.
If you're an experienced hotel Engineering leader ready for your next challenge, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
As Assistant Director of Engineering, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation and long-term care of the hotel, including:
3-5 years of experience working DIRECTLY in a Director-level Engineering position at a medium-to-large hotel/property.
This is an important requirement. We're looking for someone who has already led at the Director level and understands the complexity, pace and accountability that comes with operating Engineering at a substantial property.
You'll also need:
You're the person who can walk a property and spot the problem before it becomes a bigger problem.
You know how to lead a team while still being willing to roll up your sleeves and pitch in.
You can take a complicated technical issue and explain it in a way that everyone understands.
And when something unexpected happens?
You don't panic. You lead.
WHY WINSTAR?
At WinStar Hotel, Engineering is about much more than fixing things. You're helping protect the guest experience, our employees, our property and the operation as a whole.
If you're ready to bring your experience, leadership and technical expertise to a dynamic hospitality environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Ready to lead what's next? Bring your experience. Bring your expertise. Bring your leadership.
