In the role of Assistant Director of Contract Administration, you will be responsible for supporting the development of contract strategies, contract administration processes, and providing guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual matters.

About The Position

  • Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and execution of contracts, including sales agreements, purchase agreements, service contracts, and partnership agreements.
  • Develop contract templates, standard terms, and best practices for contractual agreements.
  • Contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners to achieve favorable terms while managing organizational risk.
  • Stay informed of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Resolving contractual disputes or issues that arise during the contract lifecycle.
  • Contribute to process improvements to streamline contract management workflows.
  • Assist in the development, negotiation, modification, and administration of contracts and subcontracts.
  • Monitor contract performance to ensure deliverables, milestones, and contractual obligations are met.
  • Maintain accurate contract documentation and records for audit readiness.
  • Perform reviews of subcontractor agreements and modifications.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams regarding contractual requirements, compliance issues and identified risk.
  • Support audits and reviews.
  • Support business owners in proposal development and submission
  • Prepares Request for Proposals for distribution to subcontractors and reviews subcontract award agreements
  • Serve as the secondary Onspring GRC Administrator including (monitoring, app, workflow and dashboard configuration, implementation, deployment, etc.)
  • Manage direct report(s) as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate (Preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree, required, from an accredited college or university preferably in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or Health- related field or equivalent.
  • 10+ years' experience in contracting including drafting, negotiating and supporting various types of contracts including commercial and federal.

  • Must have proven proficiency in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and supporting a variety of contract agreements.
  • Must possess strong ability to review, analyze and summarize existing and potential contract terms and provide succinct meaningful feedback, and recommendations to stakeholders and
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication and presentation
  • Support special projects (including audits) as
  • Ability to interpret complex contractual language and advise business owners
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced
  • Experience with industry-specific contracts (technology, purchase, distribution, licensing agreements etc.
  • Must be detailed oriented and highly organized
  • Knowledge of Commercial-specific regulations and
  • Knowledge of FAR and DFARS.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Familiarity with health care fraud and abuse laws including Stark, Anti-kickback and the False Claims Act, HIPAA, HITECH, and 42 CFR Part 2 Experience working in for a health plan or third-party medical payer.
  • Familiarity with GRC tools, Onspring.

Compensation Range

$134,000 - 153,000/Annually
