Indiana Tech is seeking an enthusiastic and mission‑driven professional to join our Institutional Advancement team as the Assistant Director of Alumni Relations. This role plays a key part in strengthening lifelong connections with our alumni community through engaging events, meaningful communication, and supportive donor‑relations efforts. Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for building relationships that advance the university’s culture of engagement and philanthropy.
This position is a vital component of the Indiana Tech Institutional Advancement team. The Assistant Director of Alumni Relations supports alumni engagement, events, and donor relations initiatives. This role will work closely with the Director of Alumni Relations to strengthen relationships with alumni and foster a culture of giving. While experience in this field is not mandatory, a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team are essential. Transferable skills in event planning, relationship building, and communications are beneficial.

Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment. Work will be required during non-traditional office hours and weekends for events. Travel may be required. Must be able to push, pull, and lift to 25 pounds and be able to stand for long periods.
