Worcester Polytechnic Institute - WPIThe Heebner Career Development Center (HCDC) at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) is seeking a collaborative, relationship-driven Assistant Director of Alumni Career Development to strengthen alumni engagement in student career development and employer partnerships, and to advance lifelong career support for alumni.
WPI provides career development services to alumni for life, and this role plays a key part in designing and delivering alumni-focused career programming, supporting alumni career growth, and translating alumni expertise into exploration, networking, mentoring, and opportunity for current students.
Reporting to the Senior Associate Director of the Heebner Career Development Center, the Assistant Director will lead alumni career engagement initiatives and contribute to a cohesive, student- and alumni-centered career ecosystem.

Salary Grade 6: $54,400 – $63,000 per year (depending on experience)
Salary is based on related experience, expertise, and internal equity; generally, new hires can expect pay between the minimum and midpoint of the range.
