
The Assistant Director of Admissions conducts recruitment, selection, and yield activities for assigned application pools; all efforts are focused on optimizing applicant and advisor relationships as well as funnel conversion rates in the achievement of stated goals (headcount, quality, revenue, and composition). This is a highly collaborative position that leverages the work of academic partners, administrative partners, and Jefferson Enrollment Management colleagues to achieve goals. The Sr. Assistant/Assistant Director directly manages application pools while also supporting other team members in the management of application pools.
