The Assistant Director for Housing Operations provides leadership and oversight for all housing operations and administrative functions within Residential Education & Housing. This position is responsible for managing housing assignments, occupancy, room selection processes, housing software administration, access systems, meal plan coordination, housing communications, and operational planning for residence hall openings and closings. The Assistant Director serves as the primary administrator for housing systems and processes, ensuring efficient and student-centered delivery of housing services while supporting institutional goals related to student success, retention, and campus living. This position collaborates extensively with Facilities, Public Safety, Information Technology Services, Dining Services, Student Accounts, Accessibility Services, Title IX, Admissions, and other campus partners.
